Streamlining the Dell Sales Experience — Checkout, Compliance, & More

As part of the Dell Sales Application (DSA) Knights team, I was responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of global design solutions for Checkout, Compliance, Payment and Customer Communication flow within DSA for Dell’s Channel Partners & Internal Sales Reps.


Simultaneously, improvised and upgraded existing screens and flows to the DDS2.0 design language.

Cracking the code: Deciphering complex functionalities and user needs.
Global collaboration: Partnering with diverse teams across time zones.
Design magic: Crafting solutions that were both user-friendly and visually appealing.
Impactful outcome: Contributing to a project that made a real difference.

Though the details remain under wraps, I'm proud of the skills I honed and the challenges I overcame during this project.
